DONE: Conflict in   "!FreeMarker IDE" : (!FreeMarker IDE 1.1.0.v201006011046R-H111-GA  Software currently installed: !FreeMarker IDE SDK 1.1.0.v201003050540R-H56-GA)  Only one of the following can be installed at once: !FreeMarker IDE 1.1.0.v201006011046R-H111-GA  -     !FreeMarker IDE 1.1.0.v201003050540R-H56-GA) : removed one . ok

DONE : Remove freemarker/reinstall. Also added jar file in eclipse 's plugin dir. Problem with specific tags in .ftl.

DONE : @ startup mysql is not loading, so molgenis cannot connect to mysql(?) : probably because command is mysqd_safe5 --> alias in profile .
