Change the milestone in tickets

locate the html files fro trac --> donwload & install trac in localhost:

 * gcc update --> generate--> still not running (problem with ngs, common queries.):
   * after gcc genearte --. animal db generate --> bbmri generate ! -->
     * batch upload is visible when not loggen in . (TODO)
     * header not set properly for bbmri(TODO)
 * http://rsug.itd.umich.edu/software/fugu/download.html 
 * The Biobanks Db seems  empty http://gbic.target.rug.nl:8080/biobanks/molgenis.do?__target=main&select=Institutes
   * the database name is bbmri and has contents that are not shown . 
   * When you change the database name in META-INF/context the changes doesn't make any effect !
