Exception on Ontocat `index creation :

 * Exception in thread "main" java.lang.!NoClassDefFoundError: org/semanticweb/owl/model/OWLOntologyCreationException
   * uses the OWL API for reading ontologies.  This error suggests  that lib/pellet/owlapi/owlapi-api.jar is not on your classpath.
