The idea is to enhance the semantics of a MOLGENIS instance. It is already possible to make an RDF wrapper around MOLGENIS.
But how to make most of 
 * Class structure from a MOLGENIS model
 * Any ontology references in the data
 * Incorporation of mapping/application ontologies
