= Welcome to the MOLGENIS biosoftware project =
Our mission is to help bioinformatics developers to produce great and userfriendly software that researchers want to have. We here present MOLGENIS, a lightweight software framework to generate bioinformatics web applications in three steps:
 1. Model what you need in a simple XML file [http://molgenis.sourceforge.net/distro/molgenis_db.xml example], 
 1. Run the generator
 1. Use your database [http://gbicserver1.biol.rug.nl:8080/demo example].
You can today use MOLGENIS to generate a database back-end, rich user interface and integrate with R, Java and web service APIs.
