AnimalDB Roadmap (proposal):

AnimalDB development is currently in alpha stage (0.9.x sersies).

The first stable version of the system will be AnimalDB 1.0 which is scheduled for release in April 2011.

Upcoming versions:

AnimalDB 0.9.1 "Speedy Spermophilus" (​due: 2010-12-17)

• This release focuses on performance:
  • improving the speed of the system.
  • Improving the responsiveness of the User Interface
• ​ticket list

AnimalDB 0.9.2 "Mighty Microtus" (​due: 2011-02-01)

• This release focuses on adding authentication and authorization to the system
• ​ticket list

AnimalDB 0.9.3 "Awesome Ochotona" (​due: 2011-03-01)

• This will likely be the first beta version of the system
• This release focuses on improving the UI components.
