• Updated database to molgenis06.target.rug.nl
  • downloaded all tables from vm7 (back up locally) , uploaded in molgenis06 & xls data.
  • Fixed permission for all users, take permission from anonymous users.
• Morris fixed the ssl
• backup in vm7 : mysql databases bbmri, bbmri_new , LLcatalogue, lifelines , --> dumpes are loccaly in Documents/BACKUPVM7
• BBMRI tested - check in bbmri@molgenis06:
  • demo user cannot see records
  • logout header not working (this is usually because of DB inconsistency - update again .) - I tried locally updating database , problem remains
  • Download as excel doesn't work
