• confirmation to users of the changes in data (email ) add an option , do you want to be notified, or add multiple people to be notified .also as an option notification form (email , a form )

• the notification PER DAY not on every change 

• permissions 

• one person can see multiple biobanks 

• and one biobank can belong to multiple people

My Notes

In order to go back in the pheno model we have to make the mapping between all the tables : 

• Biobank category incudes the values that are include din the xls file (in the first column with bold letters .Obviously this list cannot be cleaned up against a proper ontology . Although is currently  extending the ontology term .

• Biobank datatype currently extending the ontology term . Contains the values of the biodata column e.g DNA , RNA etc. Obviously this list cannot be cleaned up against a proper ontology . Although is currently  extending the ontology term.
• Biobank coordinator : extending Person (values of the coordinators) Currently the entity Person is connected to   the molgenis user so all the coordinators  CAN be potential users of the system .
