I was sick most of the week

NGS LIMS

• Received feedback from Jelke about several questions, including output from the GA, and over kits.
• Created a data model which is very similar to pheno model
• Created a detailed document with descriptions, input/output, and some examples.

Literature / Personal Development (in my free time)
