How to print the scrum cards

1. Download the word template (​attachment)

2. Create a query with tickets including colums: ticket, summary, importance, priority, component (​example)

3. Add to your query the column 'description' which can not be done via user interface but only by add '&col=description' to end of url, e.g,

​http://www.molgenis.org/query?status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&milestone=Sprint+35+-+Compute&milestone=Sprint+34+-+Compute&group=milestone&col=id&col=summary&col=milestone&col=status&col=priority&col=component&col=importance&report=66&desc=1&order=importance&col=description

And add 'col=priority' to the end of the url

4. Download as 'tab delimited text' file (link on bottom of query page).

5. Right-click on downloaded file, open using Excel and save as *.xls

6. Open ​BacklogSjabloon2.doc word template

7. Start the 'mail merge' wizard and choose your *.xls file as source (​howto)

8. print the result 4 pages per A4
