How to print the scrum cards

* This SOP does not work for Windows XP with Excel 2007 or Windows 7 with Excel 2010 *

1. Download the word template (​attachment)

2. Create a query with tickets including colums: ticket, summary, importance, priority, component (​example)

3. Add to your query the column 'description' and 'priority' which can not be done via user interface but only by add '&col=description&col=priority' to end of url, e.g,

4. Download as 'tab delimited text' file (link on bottom of query page).

5. Right-click on downloaded file, open using Excel and save as *.xls

6. Open ​BacklogSjabloon2.doc word template

7. Start the 'mail merge' wizard and choose your *.xls file as source (​howto)

8. print the result 4 pages per A4
