MCF Installation Guide

Setting up MCF consists of two steps:

1. Setting up ​MOLGENIS (follow instructions of the ​Molgenis Guide)
2. Setting up ​GridGain
3. Setting up the default ​MCF Compute Manager. For this,
   • ​Job Manager
   • ​Worker
   • ​Resource Manager should be adjusted in the ​source code and compiled for a particular hardware, on which the system will run. Find more information in the ​Examples section or contact ​George Byelas for assistance)
