MCF Installation Guide
Setting up MCF consists of two steps:
- Setting up MOLGENIS (follow instructions of the Molgenis Guide)
- Setting up GridGain
- Setting up the default MCF Compute Manager. For this,
- Job Manager
- Worker
- Resource Manager should be adjusted in the source code and compiled for a particular hardware, on which the system will run. Find more information in the Examples section or contact George Byelas for assistance)
