Inconsistency between db & model:

• These problems are produces when we call Class : for all molgenis db entities . Seems to find a table that does not exist in the model.

('Patient_Ontology.autoid') : Patient_GenesTested - Patient_Ontology - geneTinY

• DONE : delete old tables from db .
  • mysql> alter table hvp_pilot2.Patient_GenesTested rename hvp_pilot.Patient_GenesTested
• After deleting the Db tables, the names seems to appear in generated code . Deleted generated code . Run molgenis.generate() .
• The classic servlete error : Eclipse “Import cannot be resolved” error :
