bbmri issues

• user email missing from molgenis06: field has being renamed so in import didn't work. import users again . Emails are ok ,
• affiliations are also missing . Affiliation - institute was a string now an xref to another table :
• filled by hand all Intitutes . there was a bug in the javascript dropdown menu , retrieving json names.
• Anonymous user deleted because biobank was available if not login . After anonymous deleted , after header logout , a blank screen appears.
