Stories for the research portal release of 31 dec 2011
These are user stories from LifeLines and PanaceaProject?.
- AppCatalogue - select and browse data
- StoryCreateBiobankCatalog - load protocols, measurements, categories
- StoryBrowseCatalogAndSelectFeatures - User can browse and select features in a treeview; Selected features are put in shopping cart.
- StoryRequestData? - User can request access to data set; Includes summary of research, power calculation, etc.
- StoryApproveRequest? - LifeLines approves request; selected features and targets is passed to scenario 2.
- AppInstaller - SOP to install research portal
- StoryConvertPhenoData - prepare the pheno data in pheno format
- StoryImputeGenoData - impute the raw genotype data (future)
- StoryConvertGenoData - prepare geno data set(s) in binary and plink format
- StoryNewMolgenisVm - create VM with the app and autoload data, users, firewall.
- (LifeLInes) StoryLinkWomToVm - coordinate with UMCG-ICT to link VM to WOM
- AppResearchPortal - user can access data via research portal
- StoryBrowseAndSelectFeatures? - User can browse and select features in a treeview; Selected features are put in shopping cart.
- StoryViewAndFilterInMatrix - user can browse and filter data in matrix view; repeated values can be made cols/rows
- StoryDownloadAsPlink - user can select one feature and download with associated genotypes
- StoryDownloadAsSpss? - use can select multiple features and download as spss

As LL team we want to provide a Molgenis Research Portal for each study

Acceptance criteria:
- When a VM is rolled out, a Molgenis-based LL Research Portal is provided within it
- Based on the study request, this Portal will be filled with content (How do we know which content to load? Where does this happen?)
- Targets, protocols and measurements are retrieved from some location and put into the Portal. They are restricted based on the study request.
- The Portal instance contains only the pheno data that was requested for the study
