Enhancements for MOLGENIS on various levels

This is the index for future enhancements of MOLGENIS. Current list of ideas:

Plugins

MOLGENIS has a plugin system. See MolgenisPluginFramework; these plugins can be of general use. Current plugin projects:

• OntologyBrowserPlugin? -- Integrate ontology sources like ​OLS and ​BioPortal
• DataMatrixPlugin? -- Show matrix type data in rows * columns form
• AccountManagerPlugin? -- Enable users to register and login into a MOLGENIS
• QueryPlugin? -- Enable users to freely query MOLGENIS similar to ​BioMart and ​InterMine
