Semantic Layer

The idea is to enhance the semantics of a MOLGENIS instance. It is already possible to make an RDF wrapper around MOLGENIS. But how to make most of

• Class structure from a MOLGENIS model
• Any ontology references in the data
• Incorporation of mapping/application ontologies
