Next Generation Sequencing workbench

The next generation sequencing workbench is a software to track and trace all data around NGS experiments both in the wet lab and in the dry lab. The project is supported by the Genomics Coordination Center, BBMRI-NL and the NBIC sequencing and biobank task forces. It is developed on top of PhenoFlow/MOLGENIS? and all the code can be found in ​http://www.molgenis.org/svn/pheno.
