Documentation for the UMCG/LifeLines High Performance Computing (HPC) environments
There are two flavors of HPC environments:
- Version 1.x (old), which is deprecated and will be completely phased out before the end of 2015
- Version 2.x (new)
These pages describe the UMCG/LifeLines HPC version 2.x environment maintained by the GCC and RUG CIT. (The previous 1.x setup is documented here GCC HPC cluster + SFTP server)
A summary of the differences between the 1.x and 2.x environments is available in the Overview of High Performance Computing (HPC) environments @ UMCG/RUG
